Forton Music is dedicated to publishing music written and arranged for woodwind and brass instruments. From piccolo to contra-bass clarinet, soprano saxophone to contra-bassoon, we offer a range of instrument specific music arranged and composed by wind players for wind ensembles of all sizes. Our music is played by ensembles worldwide. We have been composing and arranging for twenty years, and are regularly told that our music is extremely well suited to the instruments involved. As wind players ourselves we understand the particular idiosyncrasies of the family, particularly some of the rarer extreme members. However, we do appreciate the rarity of such instruments and offer a range of music for ensembles of all sizes.
